Victor focuses on growth stage investments in enterprise AI.

Before joining APL, he led ServiceNow Ventures, where he spearheaded AI investments and built a $500M AI portfolio. Previously, he held investment and corporate development leadership roles at Databricks, Tableau, Dell Ventures and Crosslink Capital.

Victor holds a BS and an MEng in Computer Science and Engineering from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
